Ibu Sharon

Sharon Stoyanoff taught for more than 20 years in Primary and Secondary schools in Adelaide and Melbourne, Australia. She has experience devising and implementing primary and secondary Indonesian programs, and was Head of Languages for the final years of her Secondary teaching career. She attained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Indonesian, then a Diploma of Education (Primary), followed by a Bachelor of Education In-Service Languages Education. In addition to spending time in Papua during University days, and Java, Sulawesi and Bali for several weeks each in later years, she has completed short language courses in Indonesia at Satya Wacana University, Salatiga and at IEP, Bandung. Currently she provides editing services for the resources created by Teaching Indonesian, an online resource for Primary teachers of Indonesian.
